D. Jones Crisis Home provides individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability, the tools and skills necessary to create an enriched life. We desire to strengthen the mind, body, and soul through a holistic approach. We provide quality & compassionate services to individuals with disabilities while assuring their families peace of mind.
Through Person-Centered Planning, individuals are encouraged to be as independent as possible by providing the necessary support to allow each person to pursue their life goals and to enhance existing skills.

Our team values strong relationships with individuals and their families, working collaboratively to create person-centered plans that meet individual needs. We prioritize ensuring that individuals have the supports they need to live a normal life. Safety monitoring is of the utmost importance, along with ensuring the health of all individuals is maintained.

Residential Group Home
We provide housing staffed with 24/7 supports to adults with Developmental Disabilities. We prioritize creating a warm, safe, and comfortable environment to promote well-being. We work collaboratively with individuals and their families to create person-centered plans that meet individual needs.
